Abbiamo parlato di Taylor Swift solo qualche giorno fa, convinti che di questa giovanissima cantante si discuterà sempre più spesso. In effetti ieri sera la stellina della musica country-pop si è portata a casa il riconoscimento per il Miglior Album, conquistando un bel primato: ad oggi è infatti la più giovane cantante della storia dei Grammy ad aver ottenuto il prestigioso premio.
Beyoncè e la Swift sono state dunque le reginette della serata anche se l’edizione di quest’anno verrà ricordata per la grande qualità delle esibizioni. Lady Gaga e Elton John hanno aperto insieme la serata, Andrea Bocelli ha duettato con Mary J. Blidge, i Green Day hanno dato grandissimo spettacolo, come pure gli artisti riuniti per ricordare Michael Jackson: Celine Dion, Jennifer Hudson, Somkey Robinson, Carrie Underwood e Usher hanno cantato Earth Song. Presenti anche i figli di Jacko che, al termine della canzone, hanno ricevuto il Lifetime Achievement Award. Il piccolo Prince ha commentato: “In tutte le sue canzoni il suo messaggio è stato semplice: amore. Noi continueremo a diffondere questo messaggio”.
